After months in the making, we’re excited to share with you the new Wa-Rock.com.
Washington Rock teamed up with Sayenko Design in Seattle to create a site that is friendly on all devices and easy to navigate. Here are some features on the new website that we hope you’ll enjoy.
1. Product Calculator.
Located on the homepage, the product calculator is a great tool to help you determine how many yards of material your project will need. Measure the width, length, and depth of the area you’d like the material to fill. Then enter these numbers into the fields on the product calculator. Click “Calculate” and voila! An estimate will appear.
2. Product Page Sorting Feature.
Now you can search for either the product type or by the produce use. If you’re looking for a specific type of crushed rock, you can choose “Crushed Rock” from the “Type” dropdown menu on the product page. If you’re not sure what type of product to use but have a specific project in mind, you can search for product applications under the “Use” dropdown menu.
3. Quote Request Form
There are several “Get a Quote” buttons located throughout the website that will take you to the Contact Us page.
On the right-hand side of the Contact Us page, you’ll see a form that you can fill out with project details or material questions. Once submitted, your information will be sent to our dispatcher, who will respond to your request within one business day.
4. Easy-to-Find Contact Information.
Clicking “Contact Us” at the top right-hand corner of each page will take you to the our contact information. You’ll notice that as you scroll down a page on the desktop site, the entire menu bar follows you, making it easy to navigate to the Contact Us page whenever needed. You can also find the contact information at the bottom of each page.
5. Directions to King Creek Pit and Kapowsin Quarry.
It can be difficult to find King Creek Pit and Kapowsin Quarry. Customers can find directions located on the Contact Us page. They can also use Google Maps to get GPS navigation to our main office in Graham.
6. Projects Page
Photos, specs, and highlights of past projects can be found on our projects page. You can find inspiration for your next project or discover which materials might work for you.
7. Social Media Links
Our social media channels include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google+. You can find links to each channel at the bottom of each page. Feel free to ask us questions, leave feedback, or look through our latest posts. Our Pinterest page is also a great resource for landscaping ideas.
